Kathleen Gage

Kathleen Gage, President of Turning Point, Inc., is a marketing and promotions business advisor, keynote speaker, and trainer for both the public and private sector. With over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, management, public relations and promotions, Kathleen has worked with organizations such as the U.S. Marine Corp., Novus Corporation, AT&T, and much more.

Kathleen has successfully developed and implemented programs that have taken various organizations from the red to the black utilizing a creative, easy to understand, no nonsense approach to marketing and promotions.

Kathleen has acted in a leadership and advisory capacity for many organizations including being a past president of the National Speakers Association Utah Chapter and immediate past vice-chair and marketing chair for the Central Region Council for the Department of Workforce Services of Utah. She is on the Legislative Advisory Council for the American Cancer Society of Utah.

Kathleen is the recipient of numerous business awards including the 1995-1996 and 1999-2000 Utah Speakers Association Speaker of the Year, 1992 GTE Health Systems Employee of the Year and KMGG Radio Top Performer in sales. Kathleen is the recipient of the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce Business Women’s Forum Achievement award for 1999-2000 and The Leadership and Communications 2000 Award for Toastmasters International.

Having traveled throughout the United States, Canada and Europe sharing her message, Kathleen Gage has lived for extended periods of time on the West Bank of Israel and in Mexico. Kathleen is a past radio show, currently a columnist for the Enterprise newspaper, one of Utah’s most highly respected business publications, and a member of the Editorial Advisory Committee for the Salt Lake Tribune, the most widely read newspaper in the state of Utah.

She is the author of “Message of Hope, Inspirational Thoughts for Uncertain Times” and “Workplace Miracles, Inspiring Stories and Thoughts of Possibility.” Kathleen has been published in Chicken Soup for the Prisoner’s Soul. Her most recent release is a multi media program entitled “Street Smarts Marketing and Promotions. Success Strategies for Marketing a Small Business on a Limited Budget.”
